Merthyr Valleys Homes required a new website that was reflective of their organisation. But, before putting pen to paper on the blueprint of a new website, they were keen to understand what their stakeholders wanted from a well-designed, user-friendly website. Millrace were commissioned to:

  • Content write and design a questionnaire to identify the requirements of tenants and employees.
  • Run two focused workshops with the board and stakeholders to identify requirements. 
  • Write website copy for a newly mapped and designed website.

We organised and conducted content forum groups comprised of tenants and stakeholder to identify the needs and requirements of the new website.

Continuing our primary research, Millrace conducted online surveys to further our understanding of the tenants and their user experience. 

As a result of our primary research, Millrace obtained a good idea of requirements and subsequently worked alongside an external web building agency to map out website functions based on content requirements.
